 You mean like - roler skates? Soldiers on (let me repeat that to make sure I understand it correctly) ROLLER SKATES? Doe they have to listen to disco music to use them? Seriously, has any army ever used them? Apart from off duty fun?

If so, I'd use rules like those for skiing (thoses were discussed her somewhere, I think) - only you need a paved road for roler skates (Gee, you are shitting me, right?).

I shit you not. Someone has a roller skated soldier for 1938AVBCW. I think he's meant to be an officers runner.
