They look excellent and the ones that are not shown (battalion officers and field telephone) are even better  :-*

Not entirely related, but just wanted to comment that yesterday I received an order placed with 1st Corps last Tuesday.  Less than a week from the UK to Chicago, during COVID, goes down in my books as amazing service.  Well done!

Also, the models (1:48 German PAK40, PAK38 & IG18) must be the finest white metal artillery I've ever seen.  Great sculpting, and beautiful castings.  Well done again!

Yeah, I’ve got 1/48 artillery off these guys and it’s superb!
Plus great service.

Not sure if the photos from MadMick underneath your post put this across, but 1st Corps stuff is generally 1/48, rather than the 1/56 of most "28mm" manufacturers.  Their Bren Carriers, for example, are noticeably larger than Warlord or Blitzkrieg/Perry.

The vehicles are scaled at 1/48, in the same way that Empress vehicles are scaled at 1/50 (except the HKBSCo ones at 1/48).

The figures are stated as 28mm (of course YMMV). Quarter scale is about 37mm tall.

I agree with Ultravanillasmurf, there is no doubt that 1st Corps vehicles are true 1/48, the figures are good old 1/56, (31-32mm high) same as Crusader, Warlord, Artizan, BTD etc. I have bought the 1st Corps Carrier crews to use in my 1/56 carriers and they fit fine and intermix with the Warlord crew figures.
If you want WW2 figures that are nearer 1/48 seek out the old Chiltern range, I use those for my 1/48 vehicles; they are typically 36mm high and very chunky.  (Quarter scale is the old American name for 1/48 scale by the way, it means 1/4 inch to the foot)
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

As opposed to O Gauge which is 7mm to the foot.
