I was thinking not so much of the brickwork but the distressed condition of the property and the apparent hostility of its tenants.    UVF may well be right, probably Milwall fans. 

I suspect the majority of British brickies in Latvia these days are over on a 24 hour, cheapy, stag-do in Riga. Ardievu Pet.
