Looking good!  Who are they going to fight?

Missed this question.  As in the original post, these Welsh will fight with or against Early Saxons.

And thanks!

Added some Saxons to the army.  Gripping Beast and Musketeer/Footsore.

Ragnar, lovely work.  I have a big early Saxon army composed of Gripping Beast and Footsore figures. It doesn't get on the table much but I am planning  my little gaming group's "traditional" New Year's Eve game to be a Romano-British vs Saxon game.  Either face-to-face or via Zoom depending on the COVID situation.

Good work on the figures. If this is your historical period of choice, I would suggest to look into "Dux Britanniarum" by Too Fat Lardies. Great game!

Dunno how I’ve missed these up to now - fine work!  Especially enjoying the hand painted shield designs and the rawhide shield edging - lovely details.  I agree that the 7th century is absolutely fascinating and it looks like I’m coming back to it too.  :)
