2x5 or 1x 10 unit of Dire Wolves

I think i'll add some additional snow to some spots. Somehow, in relation to the skeletons, it seems to be to little.

Hi!

First of all, excuse my english. It has been some time since i last wrote something in english. Reading is fine, writing... a bit problematic. ;)

So, what's this thread all about? 15mm Rank and File, especially Kings of War, Dragon Rampant or maybe Warhammer.

Actually, I didn't want to start any more Rank and File projects, but since I stumbled upon the Warmaster Patreon from Forest Dragon ... But well, here we go again.

Since i started some time ago with the project, there are allready some pictures which i can show you. :)

Hi and thanks :)

Vampire/ Konrad von Carstein:

Where is he from?

Grimm

The vampire is from Forest Dragon, they are running a Patreon as well as an online shop for their 3d print files:

I was asked for a armypicture of the units that have been finished until now... so:

Not much but slow and steady progress. The next unit skeleton should be ready this weekend.

Oh and the mill got some company:

A watchtower, the vampire is for scale.

Are you using standard KoW base sizes for troops/regiments/hordes or are you using half-size basing? Looks like you're using regular basing sizes just with more figures on it per base.

I've been looking at getting some Forest Dragon Wood Elves in 15mm, but I don't know if I want to try and base them up for KoW, half-size KoW, or cut the strips apart and base them on 38mm rounds like my Joan of Arc stuff

Hi!

You guessed right, i'm using regular bases so i can play with people who have a 28mm army. Doesn't make much sense if i have a giant army but no one to play with because all sizes are halfed. ;)

The main reason is of course: I looks more impressive. It gives this Total War: Warhammer feeling with huge units. I'm planning a zombie horde with over 100 zombies for example...

But for now:

The second unit skeleton is ready!

Whole "army":

Next unit are some wights/ ghostswarms for KoW/ Warhammer

Thanks!

The next units are ready, Wights and Wraiths for Kings of War:

Obligatory "army" shot:

The next planned units:

The empty base will be a horde of zombies... nearly 120... seriously i'm crazy.

This all looks excellent.  I've always wondered why so many people play rank-n-file in larger scales.  Always seemed 20mm/15mm would have been a better idea.  You've got some great stuff here.  The skeleton unit, in particular, looks superb.
