Grimm, you insidious genius, you've done it again. Really dig the Mantis thing. Totally appropriate to the era, and to post-Apoc.

Yeeeha ! Hi everybody  8)
these week was not a good week for my atomic cafe project I have to much work and to much painting for other people  :?

The problem with that is that I only paint 3 figures for the project.
But the good thing these week was that I get my 314th Federal Defense Force Troops
and that I order more Atomic cafe figures  ;D

Also I have to say that the Idea of using the Shadowrun mantis as B-Movie Monsters come from my old chap Green Knight .
Thanks old friend

so here comes the Hasselfee Elvis and two Cold War Zombies I will use them all as encounters in the game

314th Federal Defense Force

now I have to ``black`` that figures because tomorrow the crew meet to game and paint and I wishto finish one or two troopers . ;)

all the best Grimm

With all those tough greaser teens, incectoid mantis, bowling teams, high-school zombies, & military... you need some disbelieving, donut munching coppers to die hideously when they finally check out those stupid kid's stories...

This website seems to be a good source of what type of die cast 50's cars are out there to supplement your game. I would not recommend buying them here... too expensive! But, it might give you a search-able means to find a cheaper alternative somewhere else.

Crap!! Just realized they're the wrong scale. Sorry. Still nice to look at though.

Some more...

Some Ebay searches of "1:43" turn up some nice possibilities.

What scale are you using, Grimm?

With all these fun pics, I'm going to have get the rules... coming out next month, right?

I don't care how super duper Super Duper Man is... he better watch his proximity to that prickly cactus!!!

Diaper + Cactus = One Hell of an OUCH!!

Excellent work, Grimm. Excellent.

Those're undies, man! No diaper there, though I do see an unpleasant pee-stain. That reminds me, I really need to get Prof. Beatie, just have his zombie counterpart at the moment.
Everything is better with lizardmen.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for that without my my ears turning red. kev White put Bubba very inconspicuously on the market to be used by one and all.

The firefighter is one of in stained shorts is one of my favourite miniatures, all categories. It is just too wacky. I must buy put him in my Asylum game some day.
