For magnets and magnetic sheets I have recently turned to supermagnete.de

Distributer Alphaspel has a huge stock of various materials, games and miniatures, I am guessing they are able to absorb a least a aprt of the new distributor cost for the items that originate from the UK.

Green Stuff World is spanish, isn't it? They have in a short time become quite big in the modelling materials business.

These guys are grade A assh*les and people should look for alternatives. They have a habit of taking ideas, trademarking them or getting design protections in Spain and then suing people. They drove the original manufacturer of those texture rollers out of the market and then threatened to sue Vallejo over their colour shifting paints. Then had a YouTube hobbiest's videos shut down when they reviewed the Vallejo paints.

What a shame. Their cataloge has a lot to offer.

Great neoprene mats and some resin terrain. I even have one of their folding tables.  ;)

And I wonder how nobody mentioned Micro Art Studios? https://shop.microartstudio.com/en/. Bases, terrain, miniatures...

Lots to add... I'll be doing some each day. Manufacturers get priority ATM, hopefully will be moving to Distributors soon.

Helps to use the following format:

Fireforge Games (Plastic and Resin Fantasy and Historical Miniatures)
https://fireforge-games.com/

T'is easy for me to copy and paste.

Hammers your magnet link doesn't work.

Keep the links coming!

Hi Ray,

Great idea! Also wonderful resource! Just goes to show that the hobby is alive and active and we might get away without needing to order too much from the UK.

I know two distributors here in Germany that are not yet on the list:

Masters of Military (1/285, 1/2000, 1/4000 Vehicles and vessels) https://mastersofmilitary.de/

Frontline Games (lots of products from several manufacturers)
https://www.frontlinegames.de/#

Best,
LS

Small vendor from Austria, the Bit-Smith, very nice Middle Earth proxies, for examples:

What a list! Thanks!

I think that is all the manufacturers done, unless somebody sees something I am missing.

Thanks, Hammers.

I check out each link to verify it and look over the products available to ensure a reasonable description. So it is time intensive.

Remarkably, there are a lot of very nice miniatures produced in the EU that I had no idea about until now. If I added the adjective "fine" to the description, that indicates excellent sculpting on the miniatures.

Will start on distributors soon.

Hi Ray,

One more that I remembered that I hadn't added before:

Tabletop-Modellbau (modular terrain, rivers and terrain)
https://tabletop-modellbau-onlineshop.de/epages/f0641a28-b1fc-4bd2-bb5d-7f3434605a19.sf/en_US/?ObjectPath=/Shops/f0641a28-b1fc-4bd2-bb5d-7f3434605a19/Categories/Imprint

Also, are you thinking to add a third category for general hobby supplies? I find myself using architecture/art supply stores to buy a lot of things these days. I can add some links to these if of interest?

Best,
LS :)

I think this one is missing in the list

Berliner Zinnfiguren ( a huge range of books, models, paints, even casting tools, airbrushes etc . Page is in German and English)
https://www.zinnfigur.com/index.php?cl=start&lang=1
In hoc signo vinces

Have a look at www.wargamesgazette.com

Talking about German manufacturers/suppliers, I think Black Hussar is also missing from your list, Ray : 28mm Napoleonics sculpted by Paul Hicks (the former Westfalia range), their own 28mm SYW and FIW range plus all sorts of very useful C18th/19th wagons, civilians and accessories. I have ordered from them in the past (I will be repeating the experience next month as a matter of fact) and Sascha is a great guy to deal with :

On the distributors/retailers front, La Flecha Negra are located in Madrid and offer a seemingly large selection of metal and plastic figures in a variety of scales. They also have a painting service.
