Thanks guys….actually quite pleased with it myself…I’m glad I didn’t plump for a printed or laser cut one now.

Looks very good!

Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual

Lovely work.
Scratchbuilt wins every time, gets so much more character, plus its unique.
Lovely boards and terrain, inspiring me to get on with my ECW/witchunter plans.
Plus, the Britains trees look great, shame theyre not still made

I agree…best trees ever made.   Just a shame they are a bugger to glue.

There are still ones on eBay.   They aren’t cheap mind.   I’m actually contemplating selling off a major 40k project I built up, and with the proceeds buying them up! lol

I am tempted to buy one and let it drop into some silicone, if its a straightforward shape.
Not too bothered about the foliage as theres plenty of alternatives these days for foliage.
Its the trunks and branches I would like to experiment with

I’ve seen a few sold without the foliage so have at it.

My Reaper order arrived so they are cleaned up along with a few other bits.  Plenty to occupy myself with…especially as I don’t enjoy painting figures….but the witches will give me the core witch fighting stock.  I want my witches to LOOK like witches once they are revealed.

" I want my witches to LOOK like witches once they are revealed."

Try painting them up to look like 20 something, female Human Resources drones. Full of self-confidence, vaguely evil in a banal way and utterly devoted to the incantation of spells and nostrums from the employers Code of Conduct and disciplinary procedures.  Dunning-Kruger as a lifestyle choice.

Their magic is weak however and they are prone to fall victim to anyone with a passing knowledge of employment law or even due process. Once you have metaphorically ducked one in a tribunal, court or meeting, you've ducked a hundred and they grow tiresome.  ;)

Oddly enough, just this week I found myself defending a nice chap, where a hypothetical and slight variation of that question had lead to to him being grilled by an HR drone. It was a looooooooong week.

But yeah, a hug woud be nice.  lol
