Small update for my retinue. An archer, a crossbowman and a knight who hasn't received his spear and shield yet. :D

The miniatures are really nice - and the paint jobs sublime. Great work.

These are definitely beautiful figures. I have way too much on to even think about getting a 3D printer, but I am getting some samples (Not the Reconquista figures) from these guys - https://resinhistoricals.co.uk/- it will be interesting to see what they turn out like.

These models are beautiful. I have been converting an El Cid army, but then Victrix made conversion unnecessary. Now these 3D models make Victrix unnecessary. Oh and very nice paintjob as well.

Is it possible to buy the files or do you have to subscribe to their site?

Cheers

Small update:

The start of another retinue, this time belonging to the Galician noble family of the house of Traba under the command of Froila Vermúdez de Traba.
It's a small start, it's a commander on foot who isn't Froila, but a currently nameless knight. He is in command of all the foot troops belonging to the retinue. He is accompanied by a Galician dismounted knight. This group will expand a litte bit with a standard bearer, musician and another dismounted knight.

Next are two ruthless dismounted mercenary knights that will offer their services to one of the Muslim principalities of the Iberian Peninsula. Atleast 3 more will be added to this group. It will be a strong group.

The pics:

1 and 2 are the mercenary knights, 3 is the Galician dismounted knight and 4 is the commander.

Excellent Tonhel  :-* :-* :-*

I wish the Caballero miniatures had been released 20 years ago as it would have made a big difference to my "El Cid" collection.

Altough I have painted more mini's, I still haven't finished the bases. So pictures have to wait. ;-)

But with the release of the Barons' War Conquest supplement which adds Vikings, Saxons and Normans I took the opportunity to make an unofficial armylist for the Kingdom of Castile and Leon 1072 - 1099.

It's still WIP, it lacks special characters and mercenaries.

So for people that like the Barons War ruleset and bought the conquest supplement I present to you my take on the Kingdom of Castile and Leon  ;).

4 Ballesteros, 2 dismounted Caballero Villanos (they will be mercenaries), 1 still needs a shield and the last mini is a Caballero Hidalgo, but also still needs a shield. ;-)
