Vauban Fortification in 28mm?

While anton ryzbak's approach of course is the most correct (and most impressive) one, knowing myself I'd most probably go with Amera's offering and build upon that. Of course it's more of a field fortification rather than a proper Vauban fortress....

The Magister Militum vaubanesque fortress is indeed rather nice but pricey. You do need to clean a bit of resin but otherwise it comes ready to paint. It does have some weight though, especially if you should go for a larger layout.
