Really great looking game and I love the trivia based task resolution. I’m jealous and inspired all at once!
I do try & inject such things. In a WW2 Fall of France game, the
Brits & French had radios, but to help replicate the difficulty
that the originals had of communicating, they were only allowed
to converse in (school boy) French. Much hilarity especially as
miming was forbidden. Any lapses were penalised. Vodkafan,
in desperation blurted out some English. That resulted in a
Stuka dive-bomber attack.
It can have unexpected results. In another WW2 game the
Germans entered the fray & every tank, without exception,
opened up on some empty railway wagons on a siding.
'Why?' I asked. 'We've played in your games before!' they said.
