Infinity - Ariadna & Nomads
« on: September 08, 2021, 12:44:28 PM »
Hello all.
For several years, I have painted many figurines for Infinity. I can’t show them all in detail but here are some group pics and my latest productions, the Nomads cheeleaders and team Mirage 5 for Ariadna.

Great work! 8)

Infinity has such wonderful miniatures. Fiddly as heck (especially those dreaded fins/aerials ::) ), but awesome.

I like that you took the minis and gave them your own paintscheme instead of the standard black and red for your Nomads. Of course the camo on the Ariadna minis is excellent too; I really like the contrast between the fur and the cold blue colours of the uniform.

Please keep it up! :)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Great paint jobs! Nice and crisp, and I love your Equipe-Mirage group. Great urban camo pattern.

Amazing paint jobs and great pictures too!

I have a lot of those models all sitting in bare metal taunting me...

Thanks you all.
Another Infinty's minis will be painted, because I bought the new box "Operation Crimson Stone".

Very nice painting! I really like that hair colour- my blonde always ends up looing like washed out yellow; yours is nice and rich.

Very cool. When I started playing Infinity (shortly before I stopped :D ), I was torn between Nomads and Ariadna. That's some very cool colour schemes you went with there. Really like the black and blue as well.

@Daeothar: Yeah, the figures got a LOT easier to put together over the past 10 years I think. Way fewer antennae/fins, and the ones that are left are WAY sturdier in my experience.

Nice :o

This game has some of the most intimidating models out there, both to put together and to paint, but they do look so fantastic when done right.
The lovely missus gifted me the N4 rulebook last week, so I'll need to give it a spin again.

I dig what you've done on the bases to show which way they're facing. Nice touch.
And the red Kazahk looks ace

Thanks you all  ;)

The Kazakhs from Crimson Stone box.
For the red
- base mix between two Prince August's tons : mix fifty-fifty PA brown red (P982) / PA italian red (P085).
- Wash Agrax earthshade.
- lightening mix fifty-fifty PA brown red / Vallejo Dark Vermillion.

A very nice look on these chaps! For a week now I've had a virtual shopping cart at my LGS full of Infinity things I KNOW I won't do anything with. Your thread isn't making it any easier though. :D

Always minis from Crimson Stone's box with Aridana's reinforcements.

Caledonian SAS with boarding shotgun.

Merovingian para-commando, same scheme as Mirage-5 team.
