Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I am hoping to run a game at one of the HMGS conventions next year.
Still have not decided on ruleset. But that's part of the fun of putting something like this together, right?

Stupendous dedication to a subject. 

Though I wonder at doing all this for a one off - perhaps you have also collected other figures to do some of the field battles?  If not, I guess its just all part of the benign madness this hobby can be; I'm certainly guilty in my own way.

How big are those Mexican regiments - looks to be around 96 figures each?  That would be a large unit in any scale and it is all the more impressive in 40 mm.

I have already gamed the "Battle of Gonzales" with these figures. I am thinking of other scenarios as well.

The smallest Mexican Regiment, reserves, is 64 men. Each regiment includes Commanding Officer, junior officers, NCO's,color bearers, musicians, infantry, sappers with axes, men with crowbars and pick axes, and ladder bearers. I don't have counts on the other 4 yet, I am still painting a few. But they are all over 100 each.
