Wargames foundry and VAT removal

Has anyone in Europe ordered from Wargames foundry , I have tried to contact them a number of times and got no answer as to whether they remove uk VAT or are signed up to IOSS ,  it’s a bit frustrating that emails and messages are not answered , I would appreciate if any out there have any info thanks
