Great stuff! Looking forward to the next installment.  :)

Well, read through this thread at least and it seems gangsters in the old west is on the cards, more or less.  I have the Blue Moon gangsters for the Prohibition Era (and buildings, too) but like the idea of a game set in a more rural setting similar to A River Runs Through It and my Old West towns will certainly fit the bill.  Prohibition wasn't just the famous city gangsters duking it out.  Though how does Little Whiskey survive in the era of no whiskey?  Well, in my cantilevered, cross-beamed, and cattywampus world, there is that set of moonshiner figures to paint up... ::). That Daisy Mae is quite distracting at times whether vertical, supine, or prone.

Sorry to be so late thanking you for all your kind comments, it really makes it worth the effort writing the AAR.

Will the Mabel Street Mob be back to rescue their compatriots incarcerated in the Little Whiskey Jail - damn right they will, maybe in 3 to 5 years time if my past record is anything to go by.   :D :D

Cheers

Great to finally get a chance to read about the final game of the weekend.  The Mabel gang will no doubt need to retrieve their missing skilled members but will the police be looking for revenge for poor Norman? This could lead to trouble...

There's always trouble in Little Whiskey, - one way or another.

The first game we played in the weekend was a seriously historical game, a Viking raid, with West Saxons raiding Uppsala, well maybe not too historical and we didn't do too well either. I've posted the 1st of 2 parts of the game yesterday on the Medieval board, they're probably still in shock, the 2nd part will be finished soon, - I hope.
Cheers

The main protagonist was Jarl Uthred Snappison bet you can't figure out who that might be. :D
