Will the supplement contain anything pertaining to the 1935-36 Italian-Ethiopian War?

As for that setting, I´d think you can use the basic rules for that one (since it is rather Interwar), and adapt some of the new rules we´ll include in the Colonial supplement to represent the Ethiopians. Rules for the CV3-33 can be found in the Spanish Civil War Book.

Thank you for the information regarding the Italian-Ethiopian War as it relates to "Tragedy & Triumph".  I'm just getting started and have yet to order a copy here in the US.  Good to know info on the CV3/33 is in the SCW book.

I hoped no one would ask  ;)
We are a little bit delayed.
Book is finished but release date is postponed until end of February. Thats due to layout and cover art. This is our biggest project so far and we want it to be good.
Best regards
Björn
