Basically builders sand, pva, brown earth paint, then dry brushed light brown/beige, pick out the rocks with grey, wash rocks with black wash, highlight rocks, then flock using WWscenics add flowers or tufts or inch shrubbery.

Cheers Nikko, I wanted more of a wild looking grass base and not as kept as my first bases so I elected to go with a mix of 3mm, 4mm and 6mm wild grass mix from Noch, then added shrubs and tufts.
