Contacting black tree design.

Does anyone know how i can get in contact with black tree design? Placed an order with them last years and haven't heard anything since.

I placed an order more than 5 years ago and have not received neither goods or emails. They are simply crooks that should be avoided. I would advice that you claim a refund from your credit card provider. If you search this forum you will find many similar stories…

I've had success in contacting them via Facebook messenger in the past.

I emailed them every few weeks for a year and eventually got an apologetic email and something approximating my order.

Good luck.  Like many others, the one time I placed an order - I received..."something resembling" my order about six months later - without any email/contact/responses to emails, etc.

Just try to get your money back and look elsewhere.  Nothing they make is worth dealing with them.

To be fair they are quick to answer Emails. They unfortunately just never send your order.
