Maybe have it be a "club" thing limited to first 50

I would be interested too.  Maybe call it the build something small competition. 
A bottle of scotch and two aspirin a day will greatly reduce your awareness of heart disease.

I last read some Tolkien when at school as a pupil, in the 1960s !!!!
Obviously long overdue a re-read.

4" x 4" maximum size should work well, with smaller allowed of course. I'd be happy to run it, even if there's just few of us. I'd make it a little less official than the BSC, if that's even possible!  :D

4"x4"x4" maximum.  Don't want someone submitting a really tall obelisk kind of against the idea of "small"
