Battle of Axminster AAR
« on: 10 April 2023, 08:00:37 PM »
Moving into a brand new period with chum Chris whos Monmouth collection is expanding to cover a number of campaigns around the same timeline. Axminster was our first small game to get to grips with rules etc. Went well. Write up and lots of nice pictures on my blog here:

Great collection of minis, seems like it was a fun game too!
Looks like you used mixed pike and shot units, are they in the rules, how did you categorise them?

Apparantly units of foot were firing line with the pike company special rules as used in the scenarios written by Barry Hilton, does that help?
