The faded olive drab is a fabulous idea and the entire vehicle looks properly worn. I really like it!  :-* :-*

Thanks everyone for your comments, much appreciated!

Well, it’s only fair, as your own thread was one of the things that pushed me over the edge to start my own project  ;)

A couple of Shield Droids today … had these sat on my desk, but was struggling to get the motivation to paint them, until I saw the shield effects available from Order66.

Strictly speaking they are of course pre-Empire, so well before the time my own project is set in, but the “rule of cool” takes precedence

Next up, a small spacecraft - it’s actually a Naboo Skiff, meant for a 3.75” action figure but it fits the bill IMHO for SW Legion…. and it only cost a fiver on fleabay.

Just gave it a wash to bring out the panel lines, and grubbied it up a bit.

A quick spray of Matt varnish removed some of the toy shine, and frosted up the windows nicely so you can’t see the oversized cockpit seat inside  :)

I made a landing pad this morning…simple, but does the trick.

The base of the pad is a 400mm mdf disc - all I’ve done is add some laser cut grills (Fenris Games) and some resin bits around the edge. I did think about scoring the mdf to suggest some plates, but I like it as it is so I’m going to leave it for now at least.

Having a landing pad gives me the excuse to show off a couple more space craft - both of these were purchased ready built, so I can’t take any credit for them sadly.

Razor Crest
This is the 1/72 kit so a bit on the small side, but it serves the purpose well without taking over the games table.

Fang fighter
Was good to see these make an appearance in the Mandalorian

Superb work, great stuff all round, the landing pad is a cool little design - and why shouldn't some Imperial agent have a couple of those stashed away somewhere for a special occasion anyway? Or maybe a rebel agent too, come to think of it  8)

Very nice.  I thought Fenris had stopped making those grates becasue they kept catching fire.  They look great in place. You really don't notice the difference in scale for the Razor Cretst from that angle.  I suspect it will still fit right in from others too.
