Lovely additions to the collection Roger, just wondering if you had considered Casting Room Miniatures(Wargames foundry) Border horse and Demi lancers for your collection, they look like they would fit in ?  :)

Cheers! Yes I definately considered them and very nearly got them, they would have mixed in very well, particularly the Dem-Lancers, I just got to a point where I already had plenty.

Funnily enough, I've just agreed a swapsie deal with my mate Dave Brooks. I get a load of the old 'Wars of Religion' range. Beautifully painted & based.
(Problem is I will have to re-base them all.  :'( :'( :'() and he will get some more 28mm Battle of the Bulge buildings.

I love what you've been doing with this period. If I didn't already have more projects than years left of life, I'd give it a crack. Looks great and also looks like a lot of fun. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent young Sir.
My first five bases worth of figures are nearing completion.
Had a delay as I had a visit from two nice Yorkshire lads who bought a lot of my surplus wargames...stuff.
Just about everything came off shelves &/or out of boxes. The remaining (& it is still a lot) now needs reorganising
and placing back on shelves & into boxes.
 lol lol lol

Wonderful pictures of the battle!  A question - why place the Irish Lord with the Bonnacht?  I would think the Gallowglass would be tougher and provide him a better chance of survival.

My first five bases are painted. Still need base texture, foliage & flags,
but here (at last) is some photographic proof.  :D
