Who makes steamtanks and walkers?
« on: 06 August 2023, 11:45:57 AM »
I am expanding my Balkans War armies for TMWWBK to incorporate VSF/Steampunk additions.

I already have some Ironclad steamtanks and I am also aware that Black Pyramid have a couple of vehicles as well.
But any other suggestions my internet searches come up with lead to now defunct suppliers. Can anyone direct to any existing manufacturers/supplies for VSF goodies? Preferable available in the UK.

Many thanks, oh wise ones.

Try Dragon Bait Miniatures.
I made them some steampowered trike's and This Prussian walker a few years back. They have a few bits that fit quite nicely with the old Hinterland miniatures as well.

The GW40k range is already ‘steampunk-ish’, just needs a few cogs and a chimney ;-)
The AM and Ork walkers, and Mechanicus vehicles especially.
If you want some Robogear bits I can help.

Eureka do a couple of um... less serious models:

https://www.eurekaminuk.com/collections/enemies-of-the-empire

And a more traditional one:

WestWind do a few steam vehicles:

And a couple of the Russian spider tanks from the Secrets of the Third Reich range look suitably Victorian and rivet-y:
