Have you listened to the Rest Is History podcasts about the fall of the Aztecs?  They devoted seven episodes to this.  For someone who knew little about this period I found it fascinating.  Your table looks like it has captured the splendour of city.  Before it's destruction it must have really been a wonder of the world.
