The Japanese have made a pack with the Deep Ones with a payment of human blood and breeding stock they will show them the location of a secret island withing aircraft striking distance to the American's Pacific Fleet at Peal Harbor.  But the one thing the Japanese aren't aware of is that the island is already occupied and they do not like visitors!  Who will set up camp on the Isle of the BooBoo?!
