Battle Valor Games responsiveness?

Placed an order from Battle Valor Games in early August and not yet received, a bit outside of the expected window.  Not so worried about that but have received no reply from an email sent to inquire as to status.

Does anyone know what is up with Battle Valor?

I think it's a one man operation and they've just launched a new game, so probably just stretched a bit thin / missed your message.

After a second email, I got a reply stating there had been a problem with caster and email server - and that my order has finally shipped. 

Excepting for stuff from my local 3D printer person, that is my last planned order for miniatures.  Terrain (3D stuff) and maybe some buildings (again, likely 3D), but figures wise all of my collections can now be called complete.  Just need to paint like crazy - which is sort of the plan any way now that I am retired.  11,000+ of 40,000+ now painted.  Will I ever get them all finished?!  Hope so.  We'll see.

With that many figures across nearly two dozen 'periods', it would be minor madness to add more (maybe major madness).
