foundry HYW comparative size

as with the figures above (old Citadel?) - can anyone say how they compare to say Front Rank WoTR or HYW in size?

and in the same context - opinions as to which are the largest '28mm' Medievals currently available would be appreciated?

When I say largest this includes 'chunkiness' - i.e. Front Rank score highly here. And the Foundry in the pic above have a similar kind of 'characterfulness' (from what I can see).

They come up very small compared to Front Rank.
If you want a good match for Front Rank then the "Men of Averaign" from Black Tree Design are almost indistinguishable side by side. They have Archers, Spearmen and Halberdiers (great for Swiss) and a few knights.

ah, right - guess they must be mounted on penny-pieces or such-like then; was hoping they were on 25mm bases.

I've got a small order in with BTD - my first, so will have to see how that goes. If it really takes months to fulfill, as some (at least) seem to experience, that would be a bore.
