Painting Copplestone British Indian figures
« on: November 13, 2009, 09:24:16 AM »
This has probably been discussed before but do you have any suggestions for Foundry, GW or Vallejo shades to use for British Indian figures i.e. uniform, shirts, webbing, equipment etc etc. I use all three paint ranges and don't mind mixing and matching. I usually paint over a white undercoat too.

Thanks in advance for your help  :)

If you like these:

This is the uniform recipe.

There was NO intermixing between layers.

Black undercoat, working from dark to light.

P3 Gun Brown.

VMC Tan Earth

VGC Khaki

VMC Ivory - tiny amount - mixed into the VGC Khaki for final highlight.

Awesome painting.  :o What make are the figures?

Vallejo Game Colour  I can check the number if you think they make more than one.

...What make are the figures?

Brigade Games.
