Who makes the best little ACW warships, or the middling OK ones?

Langton hands down, then Navwar, Parkfield and Houston  (although 1/100th mostly)

Were you looking to buy or print?

I found out about David Manley's ACW builds after his interview on Yarkshire Gamer podcast; there are dozens of stls for Confederate and Union ships in 1/600 and 1/1200 up on Wargame Vault under Long Face Games.

I cannot speak to the quality of the prints (still too far behind in projects to start a new one) but he does have a pretty expansive range.
