Got to agree with most of the above comments, most pirate ranges mix in pretty well (except possibly the Teddies  lol).

Warrenbruhn has a really good pragmatic point, if you want loads of variety from one supplier, the Cutthroats are one of the best Foundry ranges.

Have you looked at Matakishi's site?
He is selling a load of pirates at the moment. Foundry ones I think.

I don’t really like the style of the Black Scorpion pirates either…  :?

I’ve painted around 60 Foundry’s pirates. They were really good sculpts and fun to paint. Also, as far as I know, no 2 figures were identical (though some were obliviously build from the same dolls). I’ll go with Foundry if I were you…
