Primer alternatives (UK)
« on: 21 August 2024, 02:24:53 PM »
Halfords have quite drastically changed their camo brown spray from an 80-90% dark chocolate to a now almost milk chocolate (best colour comparison  lol ).

Are there any suitable direct alternatives that anyone could suggest?

cheers

James

Looks like Galaxy as opposed to the finest Belgian Chocolate?  lol

This is possibly the worst news and one I have been dreading as it was the best colour for a primer I have used in years.

Cheers mate, I’ll give it a go. A few of the other colours would be useful as well.

BTW are you still after brush protector sleeves? I've been hanging on to them since you asked last time and got a bag of 50 or so.....

Just to add to this, the Colour Forge spray is almost bang on colour wise but it does have a finer/more pressurised spray so needs a bit more attention when spraying but otherwise it's good  :)
