A few observations on your list;

I think Outpost are no longer trading.

You have missed Aventine ( my favourite supplier of 28mm), Bicorne ( ECW and Napoleonic) and Hoka Hey/Timeline

You say 28mm but then cover 6 and 10mm. If covering these scales you should add Heroics and Ros and GHQ.

You aren't alone. Missing quite a few it seems. Eureka isn't there for example and they most certainly do 28mm Ancients. The list also mixes in/up manufacturers with retailers.

Indeed, the royal me give or take a corgi or two.

It's unsolicited, it's incomplete but I'm not sure that it's ill-motivated.  Give him a break as a newbie.

There's another gaming forum where folk get the chop for not demonstrating their obeisance frequently enough and I doubt that's a model you want to copy.

I made that mistake too. There are two links, the first one is manufacturers only and does include Eureka but misses all the North Star stuff. The second link is more random.


Are there really no French or German companies making ancients in 28mm or have I missed something obvious?

Carlos, be serious. You're pulling the 'Trout' on me for one post? This forum has been Moderator run for whole of my ownership, I only get involved when the Moderators ask me to remove particularly troublesome individuals, and if I recall that's been about 5.

Actually, I was going to stick the smiley and winking emojis on my first reply, forgot and didn't go back to do it. I'm thick skinned enough to not throw my toys out of the pram 'cus my name wasn't mentioned. It was more the incredulity that none of the 28mm ranges North Star makes were listed, especially as Bap was literally posting under my banners showing Frostgrave, Stargrave, Rangers of Shadow Deep, Oathmark, Muskets & Tomahawks
