Painted...Some "Moderns"
« on: September 01, 2024, 04:16:21 PM »
Some would easily fit in other areas but as they were all completed at the same time and can be "Modern" I'm putting them here.

Hasslefree Madge.
Hasslefree Martial Artists.  (Big 28mm.  The chap in the red coat had to go on a 40mm base, so he other one is too, to match.)
Reaper Miniatures Sheriff and Deputy.
Madge with Woodbine chaps as I thought they looked the part for a Shooting Party.  (Pheasants or Peasants.)

Those all look excellent! Great painting and I like the colour palette you used.

Very good, especially Brenda (see also https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=146537.0).

I had wondered about some of Bad Squiddo Women's Land Army with Shotguns as interchangeable Emma's to go with the figure.

Though they are a good choice.

Very nice.  I can just picture that, um, portly cop standing next to a car at the side of the road, saying "Y'all know how fast y'all was goin' there, boy?"  :D

Thanks Mike.  Simple, time-consuming but effective.   ::)

Ah, the heady days of the LPL.  Miss the excitement but not sure I could stand the pace if it were ever resurrected.

All very nice Malcolm! It is probably no surprise to you that I particularly like the martial artists  :-* :-*  I was just wondering yesterday what you were working on and you did not disappoint.  Now about those Pulp Chinese  lol lol
