6mm Napoleonic comparisons
« on: 05 October 2024, 10:04:34 PM »
Ive seen plenty of images of the 3D printed Turner "Europe Asunder"  range but can't find any comments on how they fit in for example with Baccus.
Does anyone have any, and how do they fit in?

Thanks in advance

Don’t you just scale the prints to the size you want them?

We’ve printed a few of the sample files at 10mm and they looked fine size wise, but rather different stylistically to the metals I already had so didn’t progress any further.

I took the plunge and got Santa to bring me some of the cavalry. They are lovely figures at 6mm but I’m not sure they would expand well to larger scales. The seller understands they were designed to fit with Adler. I’m very pleased with them but wouldn’t put them in the same unit as Baccus. So I think this commits me to Baccus for infantry and Turner for cavalry.  A big plus is that you buy them in units of 24 for infantry and 12 for cavalry which is good if you only want one example of something my example- I wanted to do the French 15th Chasseurs and 3rd Hussars and the British 14 LD and Kgl Hussars  I couldn’t have done that with larger packs
