28mm Clockpunk Inventions
« on: 29 October 2024, 03:24:39 AM »
Ok, so, I’m making a loosely historical early modern army, with fantastical elements. For one of them, I need some kind of clockwork device that looks like it could emit sound. Like a phonograph, but looks like it could fit into Renaissance Italy.

I'm a fan of weird science for renissance armies... but haven't seen anything that'd fit this remit! Best I can think of, perhaps a set of bellows (think there was one on a old warhammer dwarf flame cannon?), a non-descript chest, and the speaking horn from a doll-house gramophone
