I found this interesting cart.
Can anyone tell me what it is and where the small parts are supposed to go?

It is a 20mm WW2 cart.
In the tradition of Hinchcliffe those tiny round bits are to go on the outside of the wheels.
In the tradition of my making wargames things...they are consigned to the parts box. Too fiddly for my fat fingers. lol

Some of the Hinchcliffe range are now owned by

A similar cart was used to transport John Wayne in the film, The Longest Day'.
In that two soldiers were the motive power. I think (based on my poor memory of the film)
that the 'stick' bit was attached at 90 degrees to the shaft, so they could push against it.

I'd say 20mm WWII Russian mortar limber. From something until 2013 they were owned by Skytrex and there's an archived store page:

Then they were sold to Early War Miniatures. I'm not sure about the current state, though. :?

Thanks has.been and Dolmot!

I don't have any 20mm WW2 soviets, but will use it as a generic 28mm cart.

Or perhaps for my friends 28mm US airborne if I can find a suitable John Wayne miniature.  :D
