Does anyone recognize these Skaven like dice?

Sorting through my collection to get stuff to sell (always a good way to start off year, declutter) and while I recognize 95% of the stuff I have, these have me stumped. They came out of crate that has been closed up for a good 10-15 years, so....no idea.

Do you really want to know what they are? Currently you can sell them as limited edition Skaven Warhammer dice from a lost expansion set with special rules which went directly out of production after release
