Does anyone recognize this figure?

I bought this figure at a flea market a few years ago and was curious who the mfg. was.  Does anyone recognize it?

That is a Grenadier figure. The sculpting style is unmistakable.

He's the mounted paladin or knight from 6005 Knights, Fighters & Men at Arms:

Thank you, it is really a great figure.  I little ahead of its time in size also, because it seems to mix pretty well with my 28mm knights that are much newer.  It is a shame that there are not more knights from this sculptor, they are really nice...unless there are and I am not familiar with them.
