It's actually on the Brigade Games site. I only do the writing for it (and the layout and coordinate all the releases and give ideas, etc.) Lon gets the money for it.  :D

Any news on a release date for the bound rulebook (not the pre-release)?

The bound rulebook is currently available.

The website still says:

"Atomic Cafe 1957 Rules, Limited release version with coil binding. This is a pre-perfect binding release."

Is that not the case?

The only difference is two pictures and one scenario.  To quote Lon:

"The rules have been released as previously stated. However, this is a limited run that is coil bound, has 2 missing pictures (because the minis were late through the molding phase and are being painted now) and there is one scenario that will be emailed and not in this version. I am also thinking that I will be printing up these pages separately for those who have bought this version of the book should they want them. Other than that it is the same as the perfect bound book that will be going to print shortly."
