Osprey Black Ops Predator

Hi,
I've sent off for the Osprey Black Ops rules and was wondering if there was a way of adding the Predator into a game? What possible stats/ rules to use?
Any help much appreciated.

Black Ops rulebook contains rules and points costs for things like Stealth Suits, Heat Imaging, Energy Weapons and such like in the "5 Minutes from Now" addendum.
