The Battle of 'Wanneminden' 1759

Here's an AAR for our Christmas game, which was a half-scale 'bath-tubbed' version of the Battle of Minden (hence 'Wanneminden').

As long as the 23rd were present, all should have been well.
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Your Seven Years War collection is exquisite - and if it ever needs a new home and you don't need any payment, I'll pay the shipping to my neighborhood!  :o ;D lol

Very nice.  And hope all is better on the health front throughout your household.

Full write up was a joy to read! I take it the victorious Allies decked themselves with roses before retiring to the pub?

Thanks mate.

That reminds me... I must get that doorbell-camera fitted...

Yeah, much better here, thanks for asking.  Mrs Fawr has finished the chemo, is getting better every day and is now looking forward to driving me to pubs again... Something like that, anyway.

Bugger, I missed a trick there.  My Dad's roses were still flowering well into the middle of January.  I could have presented some as prizes!  ::)

Send them a copy of this as compensation. Doubly appropriate as it's in German.  :D
