Good job.
Incidently I have just done 3 ( in 18mm scale) of that Stationforge robot & chose that head for all 3 of them...
Though I did mine with different load outs.

Thanks guys, here’s a repainted Dust Walker, unfortunately the varnish went cloudy so I had to repaint, not as well as originally done! 😢😭😢

Nice work. I like it. Good Job.
Will look better for sure with decals etc.
Don't know if you are familiar with a 3D sculptor called - Filamentio.
He has some really nice WWW2 designs.

Thanks! I went for a low decal count on this as I wanted it to be late war looking, the blue yellow number, and the red primer guns

Minimalistic is good also.

Oh, another thing, as I re read the original post.
This might be useful for you.
To avoid the hassle of assembling 3D parts ( as you say the fiddly legs ) , I print them whole & usually stuck to the hips.
Then I magnetise to torso. True I print mostly in 18mm but this might be useful.
This also saves a lot of wasted plate space, so you can fill it with other parts.

The walker looks great, where did you get it? Is it a model, 3d print?

It’s a model from the now defunct Dust miniature tactics game
