Very nice work indeed. What is your recipe for your basing mixture? Can you even share it?

Sorry, I don't understand the question. Or maybe you're asking about the photos with the fire hydrant posted by gnomehome?

My fault for not being clear. The basing material you used to cover the wood filler on your aeroplane flight stands.

That stuff is really cool, it's called Deck Restore - Liquid Armor Resurfacer.

It's is like a high-quality outdoor latex paint with a very fine sand mixed in. It is the sort of thing someone would use to protect an outdoor wooden deck/porch from the elements.

It is intended to be walked on, so it's pretty tough stuff. But it is also easy to brush on and cleans up with water.

HAVE FUN

Ooh, I'll have to look out for some of that stuff.

We got ours at a Lowe's store. They can mix it at the store and make just about any color you'd want.  ;)

I've been working on getting some buildings painted up for our city setting. These are the first two I've painted up. :) Dad keeps talking about adding a sign on one of them.

Looking good!

And yes, they need signs! How about putting on magnets so you can have swappable signs? Now a cafe, next time a barber shop?

Nice work, Wolf Girl. Great idea for signs on magnets, Fram, I might have to pinch that one.
