How do you and your dad make those perfect arches?

I'd also second getting a rabbit cutter. It's a true lifesaver.

And look out for Greywolf's pack... you really don't want to run them.

Ah, another fan (or I suppose two>?) of foamcore buildings. They're looking very swell. There needs to be a couple of building-to-building bridges and undie-lines for all the village's (?) old nannies' panties.

On another note: where does every keep getting that specific lot of cacti? They're so fine and simple I could use with a bunch to hide in my foliage bins.

Imex also makes some for their Alamo series. Mixing the two gives a good variety of sized cactus.

Thin cardboard should be ok for the inside of that, it bends fine and since its on the inside of the arch it wouldn’t need to be that sturdy. Cutting it in the arch shape can be harder, never worked with foamcore, so I cant give advice on that.

Excellent work so far!  Awesome how you have the family team going in on this project.  My son wanted to help me with my Zombie board and all of a sudden we were adding laser cannons for the Space Marines and a landing pad for his Predator figures to land...Hey itll be one heck of a battle.

this is indeed difficult with thick materials

don't know how it was done here
I usually cut the straight sections with a ruler and try to do it perpendicular to the surface.
from the end of the cut I then follw the bend with a very narrow sharp blade, and again take care for a perpendicular cut.

But maybe Wolfgirl ha s abetter way to do it
