German 15mm observation balloons

I recently attended Cold Wars and in passing the dealers area, noticed a German balloon, presumably 15mm scale.  Unfortunately I was running to a game and didn't have the opportunity to determine the dealer name.  Would anyone have any information as to who might produce one?

I think Skytrex have one in 1/144, slightly under 15mm, and Wings of War were supposed to be releasing one soon (if not already)

There may well be others.
