15mm-1/87 civilian vehicles?

Anybody know who manufactures these? I'm after a few trucks, cars etc. I've tried ebay but most auctions don't differentiate by time period so it's a bit of a slog. Any specific manufacturers?

I really don't have any experience with 15mm but are matchbox/hotwheel cars to big?  When I was younger there was a series of cars called Micro Machines.  They were maybe half the size or smaller.  The feature were somewhat exaggerated but I don't know if that is an issue as a lot of miniature proportions are a bit off.
