SALUTE photo's
« on: April 25, 2010, 03:25:58 AM »
really enjoyed the show, caught up with some old friends, spent too much money, and come away really inspired.
Here are a few photo's I took, sory about the quality of some pics. And apologies for missing out so many other really nice game set ups.
My favourite of the day, a stunning futuristic city, by Antenociti supporting his very tempting G.O.T. range, just about resisted but dont know how long can hold out.

Most of these items were available at the show, and I'm sure will be on website soon.
An Incursion board with lighting, taken to inspire me with my Incursion board project incorporating, lighting, smoke and sound affects.

The brilliant Doctor Who miniature game.

And finally a fun looking zombie game, with sirens and flashing red lights as zones became toxic.

sorry thats all folks, too distracted buying and talking......

I really liked that Antenociti's game, in the flesh it was just brilliant.

one of my other favorites was the End of Empire from dawn till dusk, which had everything from pulp, to vsf and a tad of horror all mixed in.

when I walked in it all seemed a bit empty and lacking something, but I had a good stint after lunch and quite got into it.

Is that Zombie game Akula's?  The big vehicle at the front looks like the one on his blog.
Back from the dead, almost.

Finaly back from the 4 hour train ride of hell. I had a great time at Salute, although I didnt get half the things I wanted due to my brain being addled by far to much booze the night before...Also might explain why I had my character bite a mini maws face off in Akula's game....

Finaly back from the 4 hour train ride of hell.

What's it with the trains... my original train got cancelled at King's Cross, so I had to take a slower one half an hour later, waited at Doncaster, then stood for a quarter of an hour... arrived two hours later than planned.

Then again, everything else on the day went off without a hitch, so overall complaints aren't really in order.

Yup, did the little kid meet a grizzly fate? If so, hopefully it will teach him not to leave his team mates behind, lol   >:(  ;D
