Pulp City - Hellsmith
« on: June 22, 2010, 09:31:17 PM »
Just finished my Pulp City Hellsmith...really awesome to paint. I repainted him as I bought him painted. Sped things up as I didn't have to basecoat him. Added the OSL to add some extra oomph to the guy and to his base (a base by Fenris Games of course ;)).

I really like what you have done, especially the molten hand and crest. Very nice.  :)

Hephaestus! (or Vulcan, if you're Romacentric ;))

Awesome work; love the OSL and the skintones are nice and subtle. Not too sure about the helmet crest though; it might have been better off painted as a 'standard' horsehair one, instead of glowing, but that's presonal preference.

Good thing I'm stuck for cash and time (as always ::)), or I'd be tempted to source one myself right now...
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...
