I am sooo looking forward to this movie.
Captain America is IMO one of the most interesting characters of all Superheroes...
(OK - I am a bit exited since I am just reading the Ed Brubaker Cap stories...)

I really hope that it will not be spoiled like IM 2...
cheers and keep on gaming, Agis - https://www.adpublishing.de

Does this mean they are going to "unkill" Cap in the comic books??

LOL! Tells ya how closely I pay attention to comics. Been a while...Marvel kinda lost me when Jean Grey turned into Dark Phoenix and was killed off, except she wasn't killed off because she had actually been cloned in secret by the Phoenix entity and then placed in a stasis cocoon at the bottom of the ocean, only to be revived after the clone that became the Dark Phoenix was killed...er...whatever...

"He wants to serve his country, but he's not this sort of jingoistic American flag-waver," Johnston said. "He's just a good person....It's an international cast and an international story. It's about what makes America great and what make the rest of the world great too.""

Greeeaaaattt...a nuanced hero during the fight against bloody Fascism...oh, goodie. o_o

Well, I'm pleasantly surprised it is set in WW2 (I mean, I expected 10-15 minutes in WW2 to explain the origins and then back to our times, as they usually do). So this may make it sort of a Weird War II movie then.  :D

I did prefer the helmet and mask they'd given him in the Ultimates WW2 version of Cap, but you can't have it all I guess. ::)

It beats the costumes from the 70s movies hands down.

So, fourth time the charm for Cap?

He's not a patriotic flag waver?!  They are still going to call him Captain AMERICA, right?

Not surprised,
Brian

He's not a patriotic flag waver?!

But at least they're confident the fans are going to appreciate these changes. Really, after all, what fan would want to see a movie actually be about the thing they're a fan of? That would be crazy.
