The Army Painter QuickShade Method Review
« on: July 30, 2010, 07:18:31 PM »
Today I posted a rather in-depth review of The Army Painter's QuickShade method of adding depth and detail to models...

Nice review. I have just started experimenting with QS for some figures. I still do my pulp games figures with just paint, but with the need for some armies for other games I am now putting out, this will help immensely.

Here is my test sample of a Warlord Games plastic Celt.

Now, you should know that I have reapplied the basecoat over the QS on raised areas of the flesh (I have not finished the rest of the model yet).

That was timely  :) I just bought some of this stuff out of curiosity, wasn't really sure what to do with it.

Could you tell me who makes that Sergeant Rock like figure on the left?

Thanks.

Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

Reaper, but from the Reich of the Dead, he was also in Chronoscope.
